Due to Tyneside’s continued success, we are delighted that we have recently moved our headquarters to Ellison Place opposite Northumbria University (NU). The move has placed us firmly in the heart of the student community, ideally positioned just across the road from NU Students’ Union. Tenants old and new can find us more easily and we are on hand during break times and after lectures to answer any questions or queries for those who wish to discuss them in person.

Our move to Picton Manor is a natural progression for the Lettings business, moving from the suburb of Jesmond into the heart of the Northumbria University campus. This new location allows TLC to increase its visibility to the student population and drive the business forward. It was a major factor in the business increasing its managed portfolio to 267 beds.

In addition to a first-class City Centre location, that will aid Tyneside’s property letting arm, our bespoke designed new offices will provide the space for our property development and construction team to continue with our next exciting projects throughout Newcastle.
